Registration:
- Please have your JEA or NSPA member number handy to access the member discount.
- If you qualify for complimentary registration, you must make the selection at the beginning (page 2) of the registration process.
- Please have the email address of each attendee on hand as this is a registration software requirement.
- Refer to the convention website for full descriptions of tours, workshops and other Extras.
- We advise to have your group selections made prior to starting the registration process. You will be timed out after 80 minutes of non activity.
- Please limit group registrations to no more than 28. If you have more than 28, please create a second registration. The primary registrant must be an adviser or an adult attending. The email address of the primary registrant cannot be repeated from the first registration. You can use a personal email address or your media email.
- You can modify your registration via a link in your registration confirmation email.

Hotel:
- The Westin and Sheraton Kansas City hotels at Crown Center are the official hotels for the spring convention. Booking with these hotels helps JEA and NSPA maintain affordable convention rates for all attendees.
- After you register for the convention you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email includes your access to the hotel booking survey. The survey must be completed in order to start your hotel booking process.
- Within 7 working days after you have completed the survey, the hotels will send you a rooming list spreadsheet to collect more details for your group reservation. Rooming list spreadsheets are due to the hotel by 5 p.m. CST Feb. 20 for priority scheduling.
- The booking process is the same for group and individual reservations.
